The fact is that the first sign of aging is the face. This is the reason why many attempts are made to keep the facial structure in its original place, which is sometimes very expensive, such as plastic surgery or botox, etc. However, there are ways to keep your facial contours in shape for longer and prevent the appearance of wrinkles.You may already know a lot about yoga and its benefits, so you will definitely not deny the benefits of free face yoga exercises.

Free face yoga exercises consists of two types; one is to wake up the dormant skin cells, which also wakes up the facial features while the other type of exercise relaxes the overworked skin cells. To help position, its tissue become hard and wrinkles start to appear, but when we relax these tissues, it helps to get rid of wrinkles.

Preparation for face yoga exercises

As in physical yoga, warm-up and stretch are done first. Similarly, face yoga also involves some preliminary exercises. Such as raising an eyebrow, turning the lips, sticking out the tongue, cheek, etc. These movements open up the facial muscles and prepare the facial areas for daily face yoga exercises. Face yoga increases the flow of blood and delivers oxygen to the cells and tissues of the face easily which enhances the glow and color of the face. Do this exercise one to three times, but whenever you feel stressed, this labor will help you feel calmer.

Preparation for face yoga

Neck Exercise

To do neck exercises, first, bend your shoulders and relax your body. Then lift your head as much as you can and take it towards the back. Then move your lips towards the spring and stick your tongue out completely. Stay in this position for five seconds, then lower your head and hold it for five seconds. Do this three times. This exercise makes the neck muscles flexible. This exercise should be done once or twice a day.

The smiling exercise

First of all, remember to never stop smiling at any point in life. Physically, the disadvantage is that if you don’t smile, your cheek muscles will not improve. The smile exercise in face yoga is smooth smile lines. After bringing a smile to the face, push the cheek from inside with your tongue, and roll the tongue inward circularly five times clockwise and five times anti-clockwise. This will make your facial lines deeper. Make sure to do this exercise once a day.

Jaws face yoga exercises

Firm-up saggy cheeks and jaws help prevent the face from getting fat. Pull your right cheek to the left to tighten your sagging cheeks. Stay in this position for ten seconds then pull the left cheek to the right and stay in this position for ten seconds. It also increases the elasticity of the skin. By doing this exercise three to five times a day, your cheeks will start to lift.

Eye wrinkle exercise

For eye wrinkle exercise take a relaxed position with your shoulders back and your chin down then tilt your chin down and look up with only your eyes (do not raise your head and lookup). Don’t shake your head and shoulders and feel tension under the eyes. Stay in this position for three seconds. Then tuck your upper lip in, this position will give your face deep tension and wrinkles will disappear.
