Use and Importance of Toner
Every woman wants her skin to be clean, clear, and healthy, but sun exposure, pollution, stress, not eating a balanced diet, lack of sleep, poor quality products, and every skin gives its freshness. While it is important to take care of all these things, cleaning it is also very important to protect the skin. Cleansing is very important and after that toner should be used to protect the skin but before that, it is necessary to see what type of skin you have. Toner helps balance the skin’s pH after cleansing and again brings it to its best level. Healthy skin needs a pH level of less than five. If the skin has acne or is not properly cleansed, the pH level of the skin increases.

A toner also helps protect the skin in many ways as it plays an important role in removing makeup and oil around the skin, this is also called second cleansing. Apply it directly on the skin as it moisturizes the skin. It should always be used before moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Dip a cotton ball in the toner and apply it to the skin to make the skin smooth. It smoothens the skin by removing dead cells from the skin. It contains a variety of vitamins and skin-healthy ingredients that provide the skin with antioxidants and minerals that maintain the skin’s natural radiance.

Applying a pH-balancing toner increases the skin’s ability to better absorb skin-protecting ingredients. Instead of substandard and chemical-laden toner available in the market, prepare a toner at home according to your skin type and be amazed by the result.
