Humans Were Actually Built For Exercise

Studies show that not only those who are regular exercisers happier and healthier, but they also tend to be smarter, more creative, and better problem solvers. The benefits don’t stop there – being physically active has even been linked with reducing stress levels, improving moods, and improving sleep quality. So if you ever find yourself feeling down about your weight or tired all the time – blame biology instead.

Being Overweight Is an Evolved Trait

Being overweight is a widespread problem in society. The study was conducted on rats who were fed different diets and it was found that those rats who ate the most calories gained the most weight and became obese over time. Being overweight is very dangerous for lives and health consequences, such as heart disease, certain types of cancer, strokes, type 2 diabetes, infertility, and much more. Obesity also causes lower life expectancy due to chronic diseases. Reducing weight can help you in many ways. You can reduce weight by drinking lemon water it is very beneficial for your health.

Women Walked Four Times Faster Than Men 

There are many explanations for the fact that women walk faster than men. Some say that women have longer legs, which results in a faster walking speed. Others suggest that women’s pelvic floor muscles allow them to propel their bodies forward more quickly than men. Some experts even say that the difference in walking speed is because women carry more fat on their hips and lower stomachs, which makes them less susceptible to hindering movement.

We Were All Once Excellent Swimmers

Our lives became hectic and all of our time and energy were consumed by our studies and work. Swimming became such a distant memory that we couldn’t even remember how to swim. But we still tried.
