Waist Rotation
Stand upright with a distance of about half a meter or one and a half feet between the two legs, and hold both of your hands by twisting the sides of the waist in such a way that the toes of both feet face the moon. Place your thumb on the front of the body. Keep the knees of your legs straight and the upper body part in the same position. Rotate the middle body waist and abdomen in a circle in a clockwise direction. Now complete ten cycles in the same way as in the first case. By doing this exercise, all the spines of the back are warmed up well.

Neck Rotation
Stand straight with both feet together. Tilt the head down as far as possible, keeping the lower body still from the neck to the top of the neck. Move the head on the neck in the same way as the hand of the clock moves slowly in a circle. Now do the same things for the other side, i.e. if the neck was twisted on the right side, then repeat the same process on the left side. Lift your head and take long deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth. After inhaling, now again bend the head down so much that the body is not affected by its tilt.
